Coach transfer time from Alicante Airport is 90 minutes
Fans of the hit ITV television series Benidorm will recognise this place in an instant, as the Sol Pelicanos Ocas has taken a starring role as the setting of the famous Solana Hotel for over ten years. A twin hotel offering guests access to both parts of the wider complex, this property is a firm favourite with couples and young families, who love the fabulous entertainment, great facilities and friendly atmosphere.
Being a Melia hotel, the Sol Pelicanos and Ocas hotel rooms are a far cry from the rooms you might be used to seeing at the Solana hotel on the Benidorm TV show. Instead, very clean, modern and comfortable rooms offer space for up to 4 people, extra rooms for families and pool view too.
Room amenities include an LCD TV, full length mirror, free WiFi, safe and mini fridge (both chargeable), together with air conditioning/heating, plus the ability to have wake up calls, access to the 24 hour reception and the hotel laundry and ironing service (at an extra charge.) Interconnecting rooms may also be available upon request. Late check out may also be available, however, this is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact the hotel directly or ask at reception when you arrive. An iron can be requested from reception with a refundable deposit of €25. Kettles are not available in all rooms so you may want to check which room to upgrade to, to ensure you have a kettle in your room.
Please note: The Sol Pelicanos Ocas does not except bookings for stag do and hen do parties, and a refundable deposit of €50 per person will be charged at check in for group bookings.
